For overseas furniture brands with annual sales in the millions of dollars, finding a suitable Chinese factory often faces a dilemma: large factories have high minimum order quantities and multiple communication levels; Small factories have unstable quality and incomplete certification. The following three filtering dimensions are available for reference:

Product line width: Priority should be given to factories that produce office chairs, gaming chairs, leisure chairs, and even small sofas simultaneously. This allows multiple products to be mixed together in a high cabinet, reducing the minimum order quantity for each model (e.g. 200-300 pieces/model), while unifying the packaging and instruction manual style.

Certification and factory inspection records: It is required to provide authentic copies of BSCI, ISO 9001 and other certificates, and confirm the existence of production lines, sponge foaming workshops and aging testing equipment through video or on-site inspections.

Sample and trial order mechanism: Reliable factories usually accept paid sampling and support small batch trial orders of up to 500 pieces. During the trial period, the focus is on the delivery time fulfillment rate and after-sales response speed (such as the timeliness of parts replacement).

For the first cooperation, it is recommended to start with 1-2 core products and gradually expand the categories after stabilization, in order to reduce the cost of cross-cultural communication and quality control integration.
